Section 2 is the Financial Accounting section of the exam and is worth 200 marks or 50% of the paper . You are required to answer two questions from this section. The areas of the course that usually come up in this section include the following
1. Interpretation of accounts (Ratios) (Usually Q5)
2. Cashflow statements
3. Club accounts
4. Service firms
5. Correction of errors (suspense)
6. Incomplete records (type A and type B)
7. Published accounts
8. Tabular statements
Each of the questions are worth 100 marks each and you have 44 minutes to answer any two of the three questions
